Typical hang weight: 187-225 lbs.   

A typical Outstanding Quarter Beef will cost between $1,600.00 - $1950.00.

Basic cut and wrap is included in this price.  All steaks/roasts/ribs will come packaged in vacuum sealed plastic bags.  Lean ground will be wrapped in butcher paper. 

A $600 deposit will be collected upon placing your order.  The remaining balance will be calculated after your specific beef has gone for processing.  

We will email your total and the balance is due upon pickup/delivery.  Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque. At this time we cannot accept credit card payments.  

Quarter Beef are cut to our standard specifications and may contain a mix of bone-in and boneless cuts that will amount to 120-135 lbs of beef in your freezer.  

Here is an example of a typical Outstanding Quarter beef (****please note the amounts of steaks, roasts and lean ground will vary with the size of carcass, this is not an exact amount): 

  • 44-55 lbs Lean Ground Beef (1.5 lb/pkg)
  • 5-7 Ribeye Steaks and BBQ Ribs OR Bone in Rib Steaks
  • 6-7 NY Striploin and 3-5 Tenderloin Steaks OR 6-7 T-bone steaks
  • 4-5 Sirloin Steak, 1-2 Sirloin Strip Steaks
  • 7-8 Roasts (3-4 lbs each including Cross-Rib, Chuck, Baron (Round), Sirloin Tip)
  • 3-5 pkgs Stew Meat or Stir Fry or Minute steak 
  • 4-7 pkg Short Ribs
  • 15 lbs Soup Bones
  • 1/2 Brisket OR extra lean ground
