Each box will contain 15 lbs of our premium barley finished heritage beef:
- 1 pkg of Burger Patties (4- 4oz patties/pkg)
- 1 pkg smokies (4 per pkg)
- 1 pkg Stew Meat or Stir Fry Meat
- 2.5-3 lbs of Marinating Steaks (Chuck, Round, or Sirloin Tip)
- 8 lbs lean ground beef (1 lb per pkg)
- 1 Roast
All contents will come vacuum sealed except the lean ground beef, which is expertly wrapped in butcher paper.
