A typical Outstanding Eighth of Beef will cost between $875 - $980.
Basic cut and wrap is included in this price. All steaks/roasts/ribs will come packaged in vacuum sealed plastic bags. Lean ground will be wrapped in butcher paper.
How much beef will this mean in your freezer? Depending on the cuts ordered and the hang weight of your specific beef.... expect 2-3 boxes full (the box size is 16"x12"x10.5")!
A $300 deposit will be collected upon placing your order. The remaining balance will be calculated after your specific beef has gone for processing.
We will email your total and the balance is due upon pickup/delivery. Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque. At this time we cannot accept credit card payments.

An Eighth of Beef is cut to our standard specifications and may contain a mix of bone-in and boneless cuts which will amount to about 57-65 lbs of beef in your freezer.
