Typical hang weight: 750-850 lbs. 

A typical Outstanding Whole Beef will cost between $6,300.00 - 7,140.00.00.

Basic cut and wrap is included in this price.  All steaks/roasts/ribs will come packaged in vacuum sealed plastic bags.  Lean ground will be wrapped in butcher paper. Any value added processing for sausage, jerky, burger patties, etc. will be an extra charge.  Contact us for pricing.

$2400 deposit will be collected upon placing your order.  The remaining balance will be calculated after your specific beef has gone for processing.  

We will email your total and the balance is due upon pickup/delivery.  Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque. At this time we cannot accept credit card payments.  

A Whole Outstanding Beef will be custom cut to suit your preferences.  After reserving your beef by submitting your deposit, we will reach out to confirm your ready date and to collect your cut instructions.  

On average, if cut typically, a whole beef will yield approximately 450-510 lbs of beef in your freezer and the following types of cuts are available (and more!):

  • 160-180 lbs lean ground
  • Soup bones (meaty or scraped) and knuckle bones
  • Stew meat AND/OR stir fry
  • Ribeye steaks + BBQ Rib Racks OR Bone-In Rib Steaks
  • Minute steaks
  • Flat Iron Steaks
  • 2 Half brisket OR 1 whole brisket OR extra lean ground
  • New York Striploin Steaks and Tenderloins OR T-bone Steaks
  • Sirloin and Sirloin Strip (Cap) steaks
  • Short ribs (Maui, Texas, or Regular cut)
  • Roasts (Cross Rib, Chuck, Baron (Round) or Sirloin Tip)
  • Flank, Hanger, Skirt, and all organs may also be requested
